In April 2008, 47 managed houses were transferred from our sister company, Marstons Inns & Taverns to our leased division, Marston's Pub Company.

In conjunction with our agents, Christie & Co, over half of those pubs have now been successfully let.

The pubs are spread across the UK and whilst the majority of the pubs are offered on 10 to 20 year tied assignable leases some will benefit from traditional tenancy agreements.

We offered a trench of quality outlets to the market which in turn has attracted quality operators. Despite the doom and gloom currently being whipped up around the market, these lettings show that the appetite for quality leasehold pubs remains healthy.
