The property MUST BE Freehold (or long leasehold at a pepper corn), & MUST BE Free of Tie - Anywhere in England and Wales

- Business Requirements:
- Trade - existing trade needs to be at a minimum of £250,000 per annum with the ability to grow.
- Food - the site needs to have the ability to do food even if food sales are currently limited.
- Good condition - No major repair issues.
- Background - socially and economically stable and improving areas
