RAPPID now includes two practical elements during the week: 360 ESP (Environment Service Products) is an afternoon session on great drinks' service. Also the World of Wine is a three-hour workshop devoted to making more profits from the UK's biggest drinks' growth market - Wine. In addition there is a presentation from an industry expert on avoiding cowboys and tricksters in the licensed trade. Marston's Pub Company representatives are also on hand to give advice on pub catering, gaming machines and getting the best out of your relationship with Marston's.
