Our aims in changing our agreements were -

- Be consistent in our approach, whether you are entering into a tenancy agreement, lease or lease assignment.
Marston's Pub Company Agreements
Pathway presents an excellent option for running a pub. It offers a great opportunity for a traditional tenancy lasting for five years.Open House Open House is for those people looking for a long-term agreement with the opportunity to create and sell their own business. Open House leases can last from 10 to 30 years.
Both of our agreements are simple to understand. We pride ourselves on being as open and transparent as possible and we like using plain English - which is why our legal paperwork has been awarded the Plain English Campaign's Crystal Mark. This award to Marston's Pub Company is unique.
